Telephone interview with HR manager, who was very professional. Interview was designed to determine suitability for JDA and specific opportunity. At the end of the interview, he told me that I would recommended for onsite interview with hiring manager and VP of Applications. The onsite meeting occurred with 4 business days. The onsite interview lasted for only 1 hour.
I would welcome the opportunity to work at JDA as it appears to respect personal-work balance in a collaborative, team-based envioronment. I keep a close eye on their postings and remain in contact with the HR manager.

It's was very confusing. They took a long time to get back after each rounds. Some process were very redundant. I needed to follow up frequently to get a response. Inspite of that the work culture was very good.

Preliminary interview with recruiter. Recruiter actively engaged in candidate "negging" stating, among other things, that despite years of domain experience the hiring manager would not find me to be of appropriate salary and the domain specific experience to be sufficient, along with her less than positive impression of my current employer. Overall, an unprofessional interviewer who projected a negative overall impression of the company and the available position.
Ultimately, as a candidate I was ghosted; never received an interview with the hiring manager and never notified when/if the position was filled. (60 days later, I assume it is).
