About two weeks of meeting back and forth with Waymon for seemingly trivial tests and invasive questioning. He was fishing for information he couldn't legally ask for to show off how he could learn more about the candidate without breaking the rules. He seemed quite proud about this. I was asked to write a short essay for him on my most and least favorite classes at college. This was a test to see if I could write in cursive, form proper sentences, and sign my name. The process seemed needlessly drawn out. I grew tired of having to make the trip out to interview... I think we met four times? Each time he seemed more intent on finding out everything he could about me. Fortunately my facebook is set to private and he seemed unable to find me on it. There was a background check though, and he seemed to enjoy digging through it and showing off how much he could find out about me. Even with all of this, the offer was through a contractor, so I was still not considered a full employee.
