IT was the easiest interivew you could get. They have barely any requirements or expectations except for you to go out and sell their equipment. The interview I had was at a really run down warehouse office that immediately made me think I'm going to be shanked or the company is not making any money and time to look at another job.

Phone screening with recruiter. 30 minutes to 1hr. Interview with Branch manager. 1hour Ride along and a personality/ trainability test half a day to make sure you and company fit. Branch manger was nice and personable, the worker I road around with was good at his job and also was straight forward when asked about his job and company.
