You submit an application and then they will call you back or you will be sent to the plant manager on the spot to speak with him. He is very nice. Don't worry if you don't have experience, it is not required. The interview is laid back and not stressful at all. You will be asked what shift you prefer if there are openings on each one. If they need you or want to hire you you will then be sent directly after the interview to a clinic for a drug screening. You will start work the day after your test results come back.
