The interview process for the Full Stack Intern role at BSA had 5 rounds, I'll describe these below. * Automated Screening :- This is done through a 3rd party site/app, you are asked 5 questions and have to record 2-3 minute long answers. * Coding Assignment :- This has a deadline of two weeks, and I was given a choice of a front-end and a back-end assignment, there are bonus objectives also in either of the two assignment choices that you have to optionally implement in your code. * Technical Round :- This is a technical interview, and my interviewers were persons who would be my immediate supervisors in the Full Stack Intern role, the interviewers were very easy going and made me feel comfortable, no stress at all, you will be asked details about past projects and other technical questions. * Culture Fit Round :- This is a non-technical round, and the person who interviewed my was a person with a tech background who is now in a more managerial role, the goal here is get to know you as a person, your hobbies/interests and how you will fit in at BSA if hired. As with the technical round, the person here was also easy going and fun to interact with. * Final Round :- This round is pretty much similar to the culture fit round, I was interviewed by a person with a non-technical background and behavioral questions were asked. The interviewer is high up in the company hierarchy. * Front End Technical Round :- This round is non-standard as told to me by the Talent Acquisition Manager, and BSA doesn't normally do this, but If hired I would be working on the Frontend of BSA products, hence I also had to give this interview, The person would be or rather more accurately is my immediate supervisor since I actually did get hired, Once again here the interviewer was a chill dude and there was a relaxed vibe. Although not related to the interview process, the Talent Acquisition manager is a very helpful and kind person and replied promptly during our e-mail conversations answering any questions I had regarding the interview process etc.
