Went through the interview process with Blue Origin. Interviewers were really nice, final interview was a lot. About 4 hrs, 50 minute presentation on myself, followed by a team question session and the 4 half hour separate interviews with each member of the hiring team with breaks in between. Fair questions, good interview, just a lot.

It was easy and straightforward. It's not as technical as other interviews. Questions were related to position and system of the rocket. Thermal questions and material science questions. Some behavioural questions. Presentation required.

30 minute technical phone screen, 30 minute HR interview, 4 hour panel interview, and then an offer. Process was long and detailed. The panel interview requires a 1 hour presentation and a write up about why you want to join blue origin.
