1st interview to learn about my interests and background 2nd interview gave a 30-minute presentation followed by panel Q+A, another 30 minute interview, a second 1 on 1 interview with a manager asking more technical questions, and then a final short interview/chat with two NGR participants.

The technical interview itself was centered around assessing both engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills relevant to the role. In my case, the questions were focused on areas related to mechanical systems, design considerations, and practical application of engineering concepts.
