Four rounds of interviews. They're very friendly, conversational and encouraging! Throughout the process, I was considered for different roles, but never got the chance to see written job descriptions of the new positions they described at interviews. Also, I never received an overview of how they approach interviews and matching candidates to jobs until the very last interview. This is when I got an overview of all the positions I might be eligible for and was asked to choose which one I would like to be considered for without time to compare and contrast details and determine the best fit. I didn’t get an offer, but it was a positive albeit confusing interview experience.
