As explained to me during the interview; The Account Manager role is a position in a retail location around the Detroit market. You will be placed in a retail location to talk to customers and sell them on AT&T services such as mobile, internet, and TV. The first interview was a short 20-minute zoom. The interviewer asked basic questions to get to know the candidate better and gave a quick overview of the company. Plenty of time for questions. If you are chosen for the second round of interviews you will have a zoom call that will last an hour and a half.
