Went through 3 different rounds over 4 weeks only to get completely ghosted after the last. The entire department was quitting which should have been the first sign, and the recruiter took over a week to respond each time I emailed her. One of the interviewers who was quitting also mentioned “possible layoffs” next year, so I’d stay away
