Two rounds of interviews with company owner Erick Demarco. Interview round 1 went well, good back and forth. Conversation lasted about 30 minutes. Erick said he would contact me a day later to which he did. He then called me for round two on Friday. A second round of questions occurred. Erick ended the call saying he would send over an offer letter. 3 days pass, no letter is sent. I follow up both Saturday afternoon and Monday morning. After calling Erick Monday morning. He re-iterated he would send an offer letter. Again, he did not. Furthermore, he then texted on Monday night saying he would have to go over things again with his partner. After verbally agreeing to an offer letter twice. Erick informed me Wednesday that I would no longer have the job. Instead offering me a sales position, something I stated 3 times in the process I did not want. Erick lied, I would not recommend working with them in any capacity in the future.
