I applied online and the HR from Hong Kong emailed me to set up the first interview. I talked to the first person oversea on the phone. His question wasn't difficult. I passed the first round and then got set up for the second round about a week after. It was via Skype on Video conference with 2 interviewers. They were grilling on financial questions. I somehow passed it as well. HR set up the third interview with 2 team leaders/ manager, I think I didn't get through as they were completely grilling on financial questions for an entry level position.
