The interview process is 2 steps. Phone interview and than an in person interview with two high level managers 30 min each. They asked a lot of questions to see if you are a good fit. The whole process took a bit under a month I applied in December and had my last interview the second week of January. They keep you informed along the way which I appreciate a lot.

3 Interviews
1. Video Interview. Basic questions, 1 minute to answer each. 10 mins
2. Phone interview. Asked questions relating to work experience and customer service. 30 mins.
3. In house Interview. Two managers asked specific scenario questions and specific work experience.
Overall, everything was smooth and communication was consistent. The Bloomberg website did not show the progress of the application so its very important to keep an eye on your email. An the end of the day, customer service and accounts receivable experience will get you this job.

Entrevista
I was a bit unsure about the position but went in for an interview because the company is prestigious and has a strong brand. I was told I would meet with 4 of the team members for an hour long interview (not bad at all). For the first 30 minutes, I sat down with the first 2 interviewers. The whole time they bounced back and forth, like ping pong, asking me every typical interview question you could imagine. It was made very clear to me that multi-tasking in a very fast paced environment (where things are changing on an almost daily basis) was very important. The day to day job description seemed completely monotonous. After 30 minutes of intense question-answering, the next 2 interviews came in. Same thing, they both bounced questions off me back and forth, but the ridiculous part was they asked about 5 of the same questions the previous 2 interviews asked. They should at least discuss with each other what they're going to ask beforehand and come prepared. Repeating myself over again just aggravated me. At that point, I checked out mentally (well after hearing the job description contributed to this as well). Also, the office space is open format (everyone sitting directly next to each other) so I can't imagine what it's like to have zero privacy and managers are prob. breathing down your neck constantly. On top of it all, salary was not listed on the job posting and I was not told during my interview. This large missing piece of info is important for those deciding if they actually want to go through the painful interview process and work in a stressful environment. I came from my current job at a time they chose, what a waste of time.
