Submitted application online at the beginning of November. Received an invitation to a Sonru online interview 2-3 weeks later. Did the interview and heard back a few days ago, didn't pass the interview somehow.

Give an example of a project you have worked on which involved working with data in some capacity.
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.

Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
Waste of time.

Day1: I submitted my application in the private link provided by HR.
Day15: Received an HR phone interview invitation.
Day22: HR phone interview.
