Applied through the career website and received and email back 3 days later asking to set up a phone interview. Was during finals week so I pushed it back two weeks to give myself some time to prepare. The phone interview was simple, pretty standard. Walk me through your interview, what do you know about the position, etc.
Two days later received an email saying they were moving on without me, quite unexpected.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
