I applied online and was contacted by email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of basic questions about experience. An in-person interview was scheduled during the initial phone interview conversation. The in-person interview consisted of the interviewer doing most of the talking. I spoke just once, so I'm not sure what they could have gathered from such a one-sided process.
