Half a month after I applied online, I got a email from Bloomberg Beijing asking me to finish a video interview within two business days. Questions are simple, such as what business does bloomberg does, you motivation to work in Bloomberg. And then, after nearly a month, I got the phone interview with HR, still basic questions. Later on, I did a video interview with two sales representatives from Bloomberg China.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
