Application process was very quick. Was given a link to a video interview the following day, about 7 Qs and was given 90secs to answer each. Received an email to say I advanced to the next stage, which was a 10-15mins telephone interview. Pretty much the same Qs as the application form and video interview, except you're actually talking to someone and they might give you a follow up Q about your answer. Recruiter was very friendly. Then I was invited to an assessment day, was broken into smaller groups and took part in different tasks (data/excel, basic python, 2 group activities.) Everyone found out in the afternoon if they would be invited back for the final interview (on the same day) as well as feedback the same day if you were not successful. Seems they were looking for people who performed well in all of the tasks (and not just stood out in some) as very few people were invited to the final interview. For the first 2 rounds I advise to prepare the Qs as seen on glassdoor. I don't really know what they were looking for as some Qs I didn't really know how to answer (e.g. A time you did this, but because of my experience/background I never encountered that) but managed to produce an answer and talk about it for a while, yet they still kept putting me through to the next round. Even if you have no experience and/or are not from a financial background, just make sure you keep mentioning your skills that are suited to the job description and the aspects of Bloomberg that appeal to you. For the assessment day they are looking for someone who has leadership skills but also a teamplayer who listens to others, also someone logical with some economic/ markets knowledge.
