First stage was online test which was quite easy.
Second stage was video interview. I expected interview using skype. However, it just provided some questions and i just answered while they were recording. So, basically there is no conversation.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
