first stage: phone interview with a hiring manager. ( first half in English second half in Japanese. about 30-40 min. )
second stage: 1:1 interview with a project manager and 2:1 interview (1 and a half hour in total)
third stage: job shadowing and 1:1 interview (about 2 hours)
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.

Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
Waste of time.

Day1: I submitted my application in the private link provided by HR.
Day15: Received an HR phone interview invitation.
Day22: HR phone interview.
