HR emailed me probably a day after I applied for the position. We scheduled the interview rather quickly. When I went in for the interview, I first spoke with an HR generalist for about 30 minutes. Interviews seem to be held in small private rooms near the main floor. Next, I spoke with my would be manager. That lasted for about 30-35 minutes. Afterwards, I was invited back to interview with another person but her position was in a completely separate department. I believe she has been with Bloomberg since the beginning of time, so she's like the go-to person to screen applicants. That conversation went well and she told me I was hired at the end of it.
