Received HR screening invitation within 3 working days after applying online, then self-selected a preferred time-slot (the earliest one would be 3 working days later). One day ahead of the schedule, received a reminding letter.
The HR stepped in the call on time and seemed to be professional asking some standard questions regarding my resume to further check the match. She then also gave me more insights into the role, the team and the upcoming process interview. Very clear.

The recruiter, unfortunately made the experience very poor.
Was asked a few minutes after the interview was meant to start if we could reschedule the interview. I said sure. I asked how to best reschedule (the original scheduling link was no longer valid). The recruiter told me I should be able to do so on the careers website. I checked but that wasn’t true and emailed back. 5 emails later and now he is ignoring me.
Not a great approach to attract talent. Extremely unprofessional.
Online application followed by initial screening call with their internal talent acquisition/HR team. Team was professional, but did not delve too deep into my experience beyond some basic questions about responsibilities listed on my resume.
