The interview process was first a screening with recruiter and then interview with manager. Take home assignment was given after the screening with recruiter. Upon completion I spoke with the manager about the role and he asked me questions. Overall it was simple questions but it seemed like they already had someone in mind.

The interview process was stale. I was spoken to someone seemingly uninterested in who I am and what I had to offer, like speaking to a brick wall. The interviewer was late, and seemed like they had their mind made up about me, so wasting my time was not really expected from such a large and desirable company.
