Applied via Indeed. Got a mail from recruiter to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager 2 weeks later. After that they called me for an onsite interview. It went well. I had a great discussion with the technical team . They are all experts in their field. The technical team was really impressed. However, the HR team kept dilly dallying for 4 months before making an offer over the phone. They were paying pittance for an engineer with 3 years of work experience (barely okay for an entry level ) and compared to the cost of living in CA . The recruiter was pretty headstrong while negotiating and disrespectful towards me. So, I politely declined the offer.

The interview process was very rigorous and I had 5 rounds of interview during which I met 12 different people including CTO. The process lasted for 3 months. So you would have to be patient to wait that long.
