The first step was a generic HR interview where I was asked about my interests. Second step was a test where Questions were asked about how options work and how to evaluate them using basic coding. Everything was covered in the guide they send. Final interview was mainly centered around quant puzzles and a whiteboard coding assignment. Practicing quant puzzles definitely helps.
