Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about 2-3 weeks later with a link to a coding challenge on hacker rank. It was one question in 60 minutes and not too difficult. Then we set up a skype interview, but had to reschedule. My interviewer was 10 minutes late and seemed a little unprepared which may be because I had rescheduled my interview. The question was not hard, but it was my first technical interview, so I messed up on a few things. Overall, the interview process was pleasant, except that my interviewer was imessaging people while I was working through the problem.
