HR Tia was really kind and helpful but the hiring manager didn't know what kind of questions to ask and was visibly frustrated I couldn't answer what she had in mind. She asked vague questions and was more interested in the social media aspect of my previous experience even though it wasn't mentioned in the JD that was part of the role.
