Honestly the best interview experience I've ever had. I spoke directly with the CEO and a director/manager within my potential department. They showed genuine interest in getting to know more and avoided all the stereotypical questions that are usually expected. You get the opportunity to just be you and direct the interview in the direction you wanted to let them know the real you. There were no tricks or pitfalls, just straight to the point

They requested that I briefly explain my journey, my interests and relevant experience in my own format to help them get a better picture of who I was
The interviewer handed me a laptop and mouse and allowed me to guide them through my online portfolio so I could highlight the work I was most proud of and talk them through it in my own way, they would frequently ask questions as I went with genuine interest to try and learn more
After the conversation, the CEO took me around the company to 'show and tell' with different departments that I would potentially be working with and to allow me to ask questions and learn more about the company
