I applied online, got a phone interview which went great: we discussed my current job/salary and skills, and why I wanted to work at Blizzard. This followed by a Skype interview roughly two weeks after with two persons from the QA department: the interview was not very tech oriented, more of a "how do you react to this or that event while working as a team". One month later I got an answer that the position was filled by internal promotion and that my application was rejected.
