Interview process was long but understandable as Blizzard wants to employ people who loves to play games, play their games, and love what you do professionally. You go through the typical interview process: Recruiter (phone) >> Hiring Manager (phone) >> Panel Team (in-person). The company was great on flying me down, with rental and hotel, to the "mothership." The recruiter also gave me a tour before the interview to show how the company is continually growing and put the nerves at ease. The panel interview was tough but I believe I made a good impression with my "skills pays the bills" mentality. A month after I interviewed, I was told that there was no "relocation" budget allocated with the position at the time it was posted and was encourage to apply in the future.
