Phone interview, 3 in-person interviews across 2 separate days, total time to hire was 2 months but there was a delay since one of the approving managers was on a vacation. Communication back to me during that time was really poor, but it seems that that's not the norm. Phone interview was just a screening and was really quick. First day of in-person interviews consisted of two separate panels at 1 hour each. Second day of in-person interviews was with a VP for final approval/veto. The offer came just a few days later.
