Ghosted! I submitted an application and answered a questionnaire over LinkedIn. They followed up and had a phone interview (not a HR screener) lasting roughly 45 minutes. I was enthusiastic and prepared, and sent a thank-you email. They said I would hear next steps by the end of the week, but I sent a follow-up email after 10 days of not hearing anything. They never replied. They completely ghosted me. I don't know what I could have done better-- I was very disappointed.
