The style of interview was identical to Apple's job seminar events. However, it was run by clueless people. And obviously they don't look for smart capable people, they were looking for team member for their boys club. They didn't pay attention on the response, they paid attention on how well we brown nosing whenever a staff was nearby. Saw lots of immature behaviours of other staff. If you can speak hindi..you are at home.

I had only one phone interview, for 20 mins. I only had to answer few questions and talk about myself a little bit.
The manager was very nice and friendly, i was so comfortable with the process
