Received an email wanting to setup a call. Call was scheduled and was with the CEO and lasted about a half-hour. Another half-hour call was scheduled to discuss technical abilities. It started out alright, then the questions started getting more and more difficult/niche and a lot seem to focus on networking.

Spoke with the very kind Matthew (CEO). His energy was upbeat and great, you can tell he is passionate about his company. After the initial screening I spoke with their Chief Architect, the call was also very enjoyable. Tony has a technical test in his hands that will sure have you sweating.
Although not advancement after this I highly recommend going easy on the text book questions that do not determine how a system admin will be in your company.
Overall I have hopes when I find the right company it's with kind good energy folks like BlackTip IT has.
