4 stages: First was an intro call for general cultural fit. Second was an online assessment which was a waste of time as it was only testing numeracy, spelling and logical reasoning. Third was two case studies in one session, the first one being just explain what you see from the data set provided. The second was a genuine case study with time to present back. My critique is that the interviewing team had a very strict view of what the right answer was (as this was based on a real project Blackdot ran) and therefore any valid suggestions or answers outside of that strict scope were not considered correct which, in my opinion, is very wrong. The final stage was a presentation. They then told me they were deciding on one of two jobs that I would be a good fit for and never got back to me.
