Very long interview process. Did not get the job and it was very unclear as to why not. Started with an awkward video interview through HireVue, then a few phone interviews, ending with a 1:1 interview. There was long periods of time, months, between each interview step.
Former employee interested in returning. I previously felt very highly of the company, but the interview process this time was disappointing. After being told my background was a strong fit, I was completely ghosted—no updates, good or bad. The lack of communication makes it seem like the company may have changed for the worse. Even if there is eventual interest, the experience leaves me hesitant to pursue further.

recruiter set up my first conversation with the sales trainer, another interview with the hiring manager and director, and then a last round again with the trainer. very friendly team
