Screening based on video recorded via hirevue, only personal questions. I received the invitation for the first round, two 30 mins interviews with managers competence based. Assessment center consisted in one case study, 30 mins to prepare and 15 to present it to three managers. Then I was required to write a text in order to check my writing skills. Finally we had to analyse a business case in group, observed by the managers and the HR.

HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Entrevista
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
