I applied through an accelerated program for POC individuals. I applied, answered 2 questions via Hirevue, and received a call-back to a Superday about less than a week after my submission. I had a 2 hour long superday.

Thirty minute HireVue (three questions) , followed by an excel assesment (for the Human resources internship role ) and then four one on one thirty minutes interview (roughly two hours).

What do you like the blackrock has done in the field of hr
Did one superday, all behavioral questions. Everyone was super nice, overall a great process and extremely smooth. Felt very put together although the scheduling of the interview was a little rushed.
