Submit a cv and cover letter tailored to BlackRock then you get invited to submit an online video interview answer through Hirevue with 2 questions and 90 seconds to answer. If you pass that stage there are then 4 rounds of interviews with seniors.

30 minute phone interview with basic questions around resume and one quick stock pitch. Second round was rotational interviews at BlackRock's offices with 6 member of the team ranging from junior analysts to portfolio managers. Interviews included resume questions, stocks pitches, technical questions, and brain teasers/in-room analysis. Everyone were friendly, but asked difficult questions.
