15 minute rotational interview, 4 hours in length. The questions were typical, and personal. The panel consisted of senior and entry level engineers in all sections of the office. B&V has very clear guidelines of values. For this reason, they focused on alignment with its core values.

There was a panel interview with two of the project manager and lunch with a young engineer and a lead engineer. The employees were very personable and informative about the company.
