The process started with an intro call with Dmitry from recruiting to align on the job description. After that, the process was split up into multiple interviews (both technical and behavioural) and a coding challenge, paired with regular check-ins with Dmitry who was really helpful and supportive during the whole process.

The process was very smooth, all technical interviews took place in one day, then met the team and had a few more interviews. It's a bit long but I can tell why. The company culture is nice, and the company cares about protecting the culture.

Der nächste Teil ist ein Test, den Sie zu Hause in etwa 4 Stunden durchführen können.
Es gibt eine Messlatte höher mit einem Ingenieur aus einem anderen Team und am Ende möglicherweise eine abschließende Diskussion mit einem Personalmanager.
