I first spoke with the recruiter, then met with a hiring manager. When I first met with the recruiter, she had no comp range for the role which was reg flag number one, but I did share with her what I was looking to make. I proceeded through the interviews and had positive feedback. I recived an email from the recruiter that the team was impressed with me and wanted to offer but the comp was out of my range. Again I had to ask what the comp was and told them I would be willing to negotiate. I get an email back 2 weeks later asking to complete a take home test/project for another interview. Complete unorganization and waste of candidate time. Know what the compensation range is for a role before you post it and organize your recruitment process.

Entrevista
I had an interview with the recruiter for this role, who was absolutely lovely. She let me know that I was moving on to the next step, which includes an interview with the hiring manager and a take-home project. She provided a timeline for hearing back from the hiring manager to schedule the next interview, which was approximately a week. It’s been a month since the initial interview, and despite reaching out to the recruiter and being assured that the manager would be reaching out, I have yet to hear from her. I have since moved on and accepted another role, which is unfortunate because I was really excited about this position and enjoyed working with the recruiter.
