I was told that the first interview was a Video Interview with the Chief of People Officer as I one would do I turn on my camera. She comes on and never turns her camera on. Unprofessional! I proceeded to turn my camera off and then she rambles through position and my resume all took about 15 minutes. She seemed to be not interested in me from the very beginning.
