Before the end of the call they wanted to schedule the next step with the hiring manager. Jumped on the call to meet with the hiring manager and she was still on the way into the office so we started with her on her phone and then she switched to her PC when she got in. Their office is a WeWork in NYC, and based in LA, but I guess the hiring manager (SVP level) doesn't need to be in LA. There were some distractions around her given the workspace situation. I learned more about the role and knew it wasn't a match -- looking more for production planning vs what I do.
