HR recruited me on LinkedIn and promptly set up a time for a phone screen. Mentioned I had a kid and it was apparently a mistake because I was told how busy of a time it was for the company right now and it's "all hands on deck" and was promptly ghosted. So I guess don't act like you have a family or a life, because even if they wanted you to begin with, they won't after that.
