Phone screening plus in person interview -- both with the person who became my manager, so no HR screening. The first interview had a lot of behavior questions and just getting to know me, and the second interview had more specific questions about my skills and experience. I would recommend to have really specific examples of things you did well in the past, things you're improving about yourself, etc.
Understandable that interviewers won't call exactly on the dot of your scheduled time, but 30 minutes late? Don't get me wrong, this seems like a great company to work for but the person I spoke to gave me a terrible impression based on timeliness and tone of voice. Completely unprofessional from that person's side and unacceptable especially when it's a full-time, unpaid position. Average interview, be passionate about your experiences and know why you want to work at BB.
