The interview process was actually a good experience, but the communication after is the real issue. After a joint meeting with the National Director of Sales and the VP of Sales, I was not notified of my status. I emailed and was ignored. I had to reach back out to the HR touchpoint who had to hunt down the Director for an answer. Left me in limbo for a couple of weeks. Very unprofessional when the atmosphere after the interview indicated they’d liked me enough to want to make an offer.

Entrevista
1st interview: presentation about your sales philosophy, why sales and what makes you a good salesperson
2nd interview: meeting with hiring manager and another rep to discuss the role in detail
3rd interview: meeting with Managing Director of EU at HQ
The 1st 2 interviews focused on culture and finding a candidate with integrity. The final interview was not aligned with the vision that was presented from HR and the hiring manager.
