I had sevelar stages of interview as wel as test task, 2 loom recordings and 1 technical interview and promise of feedback within a week and,,,nothing for almost 3 weeks and my agency considering this as "position is closed" How disrespectful it is to ask someone to invest their time and try to improve their interface, talk to them and offer your solutions and in response 0 feedback. Not surprised now to see how design of the tools look like
