Overall, I would say that I did not have a great interview experience with Biomea Fusion. The initial screen with the recruiter was fine, but I was handed off to the hiring manager and felt ridiculed - I was told that my experience did not make sense for the role and that it was pointless to continue the interview. I then was provided "advice" on what I should do in my career to be more competitive. Although my experiences may not be exactly what they were looking for, I dont think they should've minimized my professional history.
