Solid interview. 4 Rounds. Behavioral and Motivational questions. Review products, do some field work yourself and come up with questions a sales rep would ask. Overall, a very straight forward and expected experience.

I had a phone interview and then was scheduled for an in person interview. Had to drive all the way to the office the 2nd time - not sure why they couldn't have just hired me over the phone. Whatever.
